Refund Policy

Plain rules, applied the same way for everyone. Last updated: August 2026.

Automatic refunds

Ask within 14 days of a payment and the refund is approved immediately, no email thread, no waiting. The money returns to the card you paid with and banks usually post it within 5–10 business days. Premium access ends when the refund is issued.

Reviewed by a person

Between 14 and 60 days, or when a payment is above $120, or if you've been refunded before, a person reads your request. We reply within 2 business days and tell you the outcome either way.

Outside the window

After 60 days we don't refund past payments. You can cancel at any time so you're not billed again, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

Insight Credit packs

Credit packs are consumable. Unused packs bought within 14 days can be refunded on request; packs already spent on Insight answers can't be returned. If a credit was charged for an answer that failed, it's refunded to your wallet automatically, you never need to ask.

How to request a refund

Open your subscription page and use the Refunds section. Each payment shows what will happen before you submit. You can also reply to any FinRayan email and a person will handle it.

Chargebacks

Please try us first, a refund is faster than a bank dispute. If you do open a chargeback, Premium access is suspended while the bank decides.
