This page is maintained by Finrayan to answer common privacy questions about the app. Last updated: July 2026.
Account information you provide (email, name if given, and authentication identifiers if you sign in with Google or Apple), and the financial information you enter into Finrayan yourself — income, expenses, bills, goals, savings, debts, and preferences.
We use your data to run the product: showing your dashboard, generating insights and recommendations, powering AI features you choose to use, sending you the notifications you've enabled, and processing your subscription if you upgrade to Premium.
Finrayan uses a small number of vendors to operate: a managed database and authentication provider to store your account and data, Stripe to process subscription payments (we never see your full card details), and an email provider to deliver notifications you enable. AI features send the specific context needed for a response to our AI provider; we don't use your data to train third-party models.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Access is scoped per user so your rows are only readable by your own account. You can enable Google or Apple sign-in for stronger account security.
You can update or delete individual entries at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated financial data from Settings → Delete my data. You can cancel a Premium subscription anytime from the subscription page.
