Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by FinRayan to answer common privacy questions about the app. Last updated: July 2026.
What we collect
Account information you provide (email and name if given), and the financial information you enter into FinRayan yourself, income, expenses, bills, goals, savings, debts, and preferences.
How we use it
We use your data to run the product: showing your dashboard, generating insights and recommendations, powering Premium insights you choose to use, sending you the notifications you've enabled, and processing your subscription if you upgrade to Premium.
How your data is used
- Your data is used only to run FinRayan for you.
- FinRayan is ad-free, no third-party ads inside the app.
- Your financial entries stay private, not shared with advertisers.
Service providers
FinRayan uses a small number of vendors to operate: a managed database and authentication provider to store your account and data, Stripe to process subscription payments (we never see your full card details), and an email provider to deliver notifications you enable. Premium insights send the specific context needed for a response to our inference provider; we don't use your data to train third-party models.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Access is scoped per user so your rows are only readable by your own account. Use a strong, unique password for your account.
Your controls
You can update or delete individual entries at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated financial data from Settings → Delete my data. You can cancel a Premium subscription anytime from the subscription page.
